What we are looking for

At Quidax, we're building a team of high performers just like that of the Avengers 💪🏽💪🏽 and we would like to hire a Technical Recruiter who is excellent at sourcing the best talents. As a Recruiter, your primary goal is to attract, hire and drive the best candidate experience while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job requirements

What you would be doing

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.

  • Working with team leads to make sure they have all the people they need to achieve their goals

  • Sourcing talent and taking them through the hiring process

  • Building a world-class employer branding

  • Building out a talent pipeline for Quidax

  • Manage the hiring process across the world

  • Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of the outcome

  • Proactively coordinate onsite and offsite recruiting events

What you need to have

  • 5 years post-university work experience in HR with at least 3 years experience recruiting

  • Track record and verifiable results in recruiting top talents & software developers

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Experience developing and implementing great hiring processes.

  • High integrity and discretion

Nice to have

  • You're truly invested in the tech space

  • You're open to new working ways and are not afraid to question current structures and ways of doing things

  • Love for Fintech/Crypto Products
