What you’ll be doing

Quidax is building a team of high performers just like that of the Avengers and we’d like to hire a Revenue Assurance Analyst who loves solving complex problems across a full spectrum of technologies. What your day-to-day looks like

  • Create and construct Revenue Assurance measures, reporting systems and visual displays, with the primary objective of minimising revenue losses and identifying revenue recoveries and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Evaluate Revenue Assurance controls, reporting and dashboards to detect risks associated with revenue and propose, execute, and oversee remedial measures.

  • Conduct analysis and manipulation of diverse internal and external data sources to produce practical insights.

  • Conduct independent study to discover potential prospects or cases of generating income or excessive billing.

  • Produce business case and/or cost benefit statements to justify analysis and significant discoveries for potential revenue recovery possibilities.

  • Cooperating with essential stakeholders from various departments to address problems or discover and execute initiatives that enhance operational procedures.

  • Provide assistance in process automation, including technical and analytical support to operational and management teams as needed.

  • Identify potential ways to utilize advanced analytics, particularly predictive analytics, in order to achieve improved business results.

  • Assist in the implementation of data stewardship and data governance activities and initiatives as required.

Job requirements

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Most preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering and Accounting ).

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated business reporting and analytical experience, preferably within the Financial industry.

  • Experience analyzing, manipulating, transforming, and interpreting large and complex datasets (i.e., millions of rows in excel).

  • Technical Aptitude and Intermediate knowledge of database queries, structures, and data management principles. SQL, Excel/VBA, Big Query.

  • Experience with one or more current BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; and highly detail oriented.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a high-paced performance environment.

Reporting Structure:

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will report to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Quidax
