What you’ll be doing

As a retention specialist at Quidax, you will focus on partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Quidax customers are set up for continued success


What your day-to-day looks like

● Leading ongoing communication and accountability for client satisfaction.
● Communicate client needs to the relevant department and meet objectives and deadlines.
● Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports
● Upselling and Cross-selling to expand within the existing accounts through proactive outbound calling.
● Design a customer outreach strategy that includes methods to save active & in-active customers while maintaining a positive rapport.
● Identify and resolve issues that would hinder customers from trading or utilizing the Quidax app.

Job requirements

What you need to have

● Minimum of 2 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in fintech, banking B2C companies.
● Fluent English and excellent writing skills is a must
● Strong process management, and negotiation skills.
● Sound knowledge in MS Excel, databases, Google Analytics, etc.
