We are a cryptocurrency exchange and we make it easy for individuals and businesses to buy and sell cryptocurrency using their local currency. We also enable fintech to provide cryptocurrency-related services to their customers through our API, making it possible for your customers to buy, sell, send, receive, or store crypto.


We are currently in Nigeria, and we are building for Africa.

What We Are Looking For;

As a Retention Manager, you will focus on partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Quidax customers are set up for continued success.

You should be passionate about blockchain and the industry and also be familiar with growth techniques.

What You'll Be Doing;

  1. Discover and identify expansion opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of the Quidax team.
  2. Leading ongoing communication and accountability for client satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships by establishing credibility with clients, solving problems, and achieving business and operational objectives
  4. Monitor key customer metrics, generate insights and identify both opportunities and challenges with clients
  5. Communicate client needs to the relevant department and meet objectives and deadlines
  6. Drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies
  7. Creating weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets for our different products.

Job requirements

What you need to have

  1. Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in fintech, banking B2C companies.
  2. Successful track record in Retention Management
  3. The ability to identify problems, provide solutions and adopt a general account management approach.
  4. Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
  5. Strong process management, financial acumen and negotiation skills.
  6. Sound knowledge in MS Excel, databases, Google Analytics, etc.
