What you will be doing
As the Head of Growth and Partnerships for our API Business, you will spearhead initiatives that drive merchant acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth, establishing Quidax as the Number One crypto infrastructure and one-stop shop crypto solution provider for businesses who want to integrate any crypto service. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute growth strategies while forming strategic partnerships to expand Quidax's ecosystem. Your focus will be on building new partnerships, deepening existing relationships, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Growth Strategy: Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, organic growth, and other programs to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish new partnerships with prospecting leads, including fintech companies, crypto exchanges, payment processors, commercial banks, Asset Management firms, Securities, Banks, Savings platforms, and other businesses looking to integrate any crypto services, or offer crypto services to their customers to grow and diversify Quidax’s customer base.
Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in driving revenue growth through cross-selling/upselling to existing merchants or acquiring new merchants.
Market Expansion: Develop go-to-market strategies to enter new markets and drive adoption in untapped regions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize various tools to analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth and partnerships team to achieve aggressive business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Merchant Success, and Engineering teams to align market opportunities, customer requirements, and product development.
What your day-to-day looks like
Leading strategic meetings with internal teams to align on growth goals and partnership opportunities.
Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to foster key relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
Analyzing market trends and data to inform business decisions and growth tactics.
Exploring innovative ways to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Negotiating partnership deals and ensuring they align with Quidax’s overall business objectives.
Creating and presenting performance reports, showcasing growth metrics and partnership outcomes to the management team.
Leading cross-functional initiatives to drive customer growth, engagement, and retention.
Job requirements
What you need to have
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in growth, partnerships, or business development within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry.
Strong track record of driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and successful partnerships.
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, wallets, and the broader digital asset landscape.
Strong connection with key decision-makers in the finance, banking & crypto industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships with strategic partners.
A passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Proficiency in English.
Nice To Haves
Experience in emerging or high-growth markets.
Strong network within the fintech or blockchain industry, especially in the crypto space.
Familiarity with local and international regulations governing cryptocurrency.
Certifications or proven expertise in business strategy, growth hacking, and marketing.
